Frequently asked questions

Where can I park and where do I check in?

During your visit you can use the brewery's visitor car park. The tour starts at Huis van OMER.

How long does a brewery visit take?

A brewery visit takes 1.5 to 2 hours.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, you book in advance via the website. Available time slots are shown online.

How much does a visit cost?

A brewery visit costs €22 per person. From 10 people it's €20 per person. The system adjusts the amount automatically.

Is the brewery wheelchair accessible?

The brewery is wheelchair accessible, but not all sections. Please let us know in advance so we can inform the guide.

Is the brewery accessible for groups?

Yes, private groups as well as companies and associations are welcome. A group has a maximum of 25 people per guide; several groups can start at the same time.

Are children welcome?

Yes, minors are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

I want to book a group of more than 25 people, what do I do?

Please send an email to visit@omer.be.

I'm unexpectedly unavailable on my booking date, what now?

If you let us know at least 48 hours in advance via visit@omer.be, we can rebook your reservation.

We're with fewer people than booked, can I get a refund?

We don't refund tickets. Only cancellations reported at least 48 hours in advance are eligible; an administrative fee of €25 applies.

How old do I have to be for a brewery visit with tasting?

Everyone is welcome for a brewery visit. The tasting can be joined from age 16.
